How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the total page count of medical records, the complexity of the medical history, and the number of treating providers. We provide a firm quote after an initial review of your records.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfers (ACH). Invoicing with Net-30 terms is available for established firm accounts.

Do you offer refunds?

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon scope, we offer one complimentary revision. Full refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Can I upgrade my package after ordering?
